Very professional and friendly service. instant response after reaching out! he was at my house very quickly and diagnosed the problem very quickly. i needed a new central air unit and he was able to get one and get it installed very quickly. while doing his install he noticed that my exhaust tubing on my water heater and furnace was not safe due to years of condensation and he replaced the crumbling section of it for free, just to make sure that my family was safe for the winter. i cannot recommend connett hvac enough!
